Akshay Project
Under the Akshay project, for the prevention of tuberculosis in Pilibhit district, information related to the prevention of tuberculosis was disseminated through a tuberculosis detection program in rural areas and through door-to-door survey, possible tuberculosis patients were searched for their sputum. Connected to District TB Hospital for getting treatment done through DOT method.

Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) formation project
Three Farmer Producer Organizations have been formed in Pilibhit district under the Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) formation project by the Pahal Ngo with the help of NABARD. 600 farmer members are increasing their income by doing agricultural work collectively.

Nandghar Project
Under the Nandghar project, the work related to the operation and maintenance of 20 model Anganwadi centers in the district is being done by Pahal Gramin Seva Samiti in collaboration with Vedanta Foundation since September 2017. In which work is being done for the health, education and nutrition of children from zero to 6 years and for the health and nutrition of pregnant women, women. Under the project, more than 5000 families have been provided health, education, nutrition, sanitation and livelihood has been benefited.

Child Helpline 1098 Project
Since July 2015, Pahal Gramin Sewa Samiti is running the Child Line project, run by Childline India Foundation, under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, in Amaria block of Pilibhit district.In which work is being done to help the unassisted , destitute, helpless , problem-prone, orphans, children trapped in trouble. So far more than 300 such children have been helped by the organization.
