Women Empowerment

Women empowerment is an essential part of a nation’s development

During the Vedic era, women were given a lot of respect. Over time, Many culture mixed with Indian culture. Because of this, women lost the power and respect they had before. Women's Empowerment is the process of getting women out of this situation and giving them their real rights and their place in society. It also means that they should be protected from any kind of violence. Women empowerment is a way to make a better and stronger society for women.

The aim of Pahal Ngo for women is to empower and uplift rural and deprived communities, enable women, promote artisans through their craft and generate livelihoods. PGSS (Pahal Grameen Seva Samiti) envisions an equal world, where every girl has the knowledge, skills, and social environment to pursue her dreams and explore her full potential.

Many seminars and meetings are organized by our NGO to make women aware. In which why education of girls is necessary and women are made aware of health hygiene. What is the importance of women in the society and women are equal to men, both have their own roles and tasks. Many skill development training programs are run in our Oraganisation, in which women train according to their interest.
